Las Vegas Blvd.

The southeast corner of Harmon Ave. and Las Vegas Blvd. will allegedly be the site of a new luxury resort and casino financed by Tilman Fertitta; it's currently a vacant lot after the demolition of the Travelodge motel and retail buildings that previously occupied that site. Next door, construction is wrapping up on the new BLVD retail and retaurant development, which replaced the Hawaiian Marketplace and Cable Center Shops.
