Las Vegas Blvd. and Harmon Ave.

The southeast corner of Harmon Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard will allegedly be the site of a new luxury resort and casino financed by Tilman Fertitta. The Tex Mex Tequilla Bar & Grill remains open for now, but the adjacent Travelodge motel has already been demolished.
