I’m Travis Estell, a photographer, musician, and software engineer living in Cincinnati, Ohio. This website focuses mostly on my photography. My goal in creating this website was to have a place to showcase my work while also writing about some of the gear and tools I use, in case that information is useful for other photographers.

I have been experimenting with digital photography my whole life and got into shooting film in 2017. I like the way shooting film forces me to slow down, think more, and take fewer shots, so it has become the primary way I shoot in recent years. I also enjoy shooting aerial photography and using a drone the same way I would use any other camera, just from a higher perspective.

Only a small amount of my photography has been added to this site so far. You can check my Flickr albums for way more of my work.

Aside from photography, I am a musician and currently play drums in Last Scouts.
