Hurricane

After trying a new recipe for homemade red fassionola, I decided to try making a Hurricane inspired by the recipe from Cane & Table in New Orleans.

My version used:
- 1 ½ oz Don Q Cristal rum
- ½ oz Worthy Park 109 rum
- ¾ oz homemade red fassionola
- ¾ oz lime juice

My red fassionola was made by combining equal parts of a frozen "High in Antioxidant Fruit Blend" (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, pitted cherries, and pomegranate arils) and white sugar in a bag, letting it sit for 48 hours in the refrigerator, and straining into a bottle.
