Central Parkway

Developers plan to build a 90-room boutique hotel on Central Parkway, across the street from the recently-opened TQL Stadium. Two "non-contributing" buildings would be demolished while one historic building (the three-story Storey Machinery building) would be preserved and incorporated into the development.
