Elm Street

There are several major developments taking place on this stretch of Elm Street in Over-the-Rhine. The Central Parkway YMCA is undergoing renovation with an expected reopening in the summer of 2016. The old Drop Inn Center has been demolished to make way for a new theatre for the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company. Memorial Hall and Music Hall are both currently closed and undergoing renovation as well.
