West Clifton and McMillan

A new development called The Verge is under construction south of the University of Cincinnati's campus. It will feature 7,500 square feet of retail space, 178 apartments, and 380 parking spaces. It will take the place of the Goetz House, a historic mansion that was demolished for this project.
