In 2019, we lived our lives and took for granted the fact that we could go to restaurants, attend concerts, travel, and see friends whenever we wanted.
As I’m writing this in 2020, it’s bizarre to look back at some of the last photos I took in The Before Times.
At the beginning of 2019, I was shooting with my Canon AE-1 and Hasselblad Xpan II, which I had owned since 2017. In the spring, I made my first real foray into medium format, picking up a Pentax 67II kit. And in the fall, I picked up a Nikon F6 which replaced the AE-1 as my “daily carry” camera. (I plan to write more about all of these cameras in the near future.)
